Sometimes healing happens best outside the four walls of a traditional office. Equine-assisted therapy offers a powerful, hands-on approach to emotional growth through interactions with horses. You don’t need any riding experience—this is about connection, not horsemanship. With the guidance of a trained therapist and the intuitive presence of the horse, you’ll gain insight, develop emotional regulation, build confidence, and experience healing in a uniquely experiential way. The barn becomes the backdrop for breakthroughs, grounded in nature and guided by trust.

Who we are
I believe therapy should be a soul-searching experience to discover and love your most authentic self. You are a whole person - body, mind, and spirit - so therapy should include every part! I utilize techniques from attachment theory, internal family systems, and the EAGALA model. As a personal trainer, I include fitness expertise, as well.
